Minimum System Requirements

  • Internet Explorer 6.0. IE 7.0 Beta is not suppported at this time.
  • 56K or better Internet Connection
  • Windows Media Player version 9
  • All pop-up blockers must be turned off, including:
    o Internet Explorer blocker
    o Any third party blockers like, Yahoo toolbar or Google toolbar.
    o Antivirus tools may also use pop-up blockers. Please be sure these are de-activated as well.

Requirements for Live Web Casts

  • Boadband Internet Connection (Dial-up Connections are not supported.)
  • Internet Explorer 6.0. IE 7.0 Beta is not suppported at this time.
  • Per State Accreditation Requirements, attendees will be asked questions periodically to validate their attendance.
  • Minimum attendance required. Contact TCLE for details.

Getting the Latest Updates for your System

We require Internet Explorer 6.0.
To check the version of IE, or any application on your PC:
   Open the application, select the Help Menu and select “About...”

If you are not sure if you have the latest updates, please do the following:
  • For Microsoft Internet Explorer, select the “Windows Update” from the Tools menu; download all of the updates for Internet Explorer, if asked.
  • For Microsoft Media Player open the application and select the “Check for Updates” link under the help menu and download any updates or versions.
  • If you don’t have Media Player installed, or don’t know if the player is installed then download the latest version with this link:
